Four-district baseline study
Working with the Feminist Dalit Organization and Namsaling Community Development Centre on a Norwegian-supported programme, Anweshan carried out a baseline study across four districts in 2016.

Overview
The study recorded the starting conditions of communities that routine data often misses. Anweshan managed fieldwork in all four districts, analysed the results and delivered a baseline the partners could use to plan and track the programme.
