For CARE Nepal’s USAID-supported Adolescent Reproductive Health programme, Anweshan mapped adolescent reproductive-health and family-planning services in 631 health facilities across three provinces.

Overview
The team built the digital tools, coordinated facility data collection and assessed how far each facility met adolescent-friendly service standards. Anweshan also developed a composite-index tool that lets programme staff compare any facility against the benchmarks and decide where support is needed most.
