Overview
For Plan International, Anweshan studied Water and Sanitation User Committees in Sindhuli, Makwanpur and Sunsari, interviewing committee members, youth clubs, FEDWASUN members and water users. The study looked at governance, participation, maintenance and local support, giving Plan International clear evidence on how to keep schemes working.
