Overview
Through interviews and group discussions in Pokhara, Bhaktapur and Kathmandu, the team looked at the problems engineers face, how they communicate and what institutional support remote mentoring would need. The report, “Support from a Distance”, set out practical recommendations for a technology-enabled support model.
